Summary: When i first arrived i had reservations i dont no if it was because of tiredness or what.the location is spot on.i will probably book this hotel again but only because of the adjoining elephant and castle bar/restaurant.

Summary: Hadn't intended to stay at Club Quarters again and hadn't realized that was the same place as Central Loop Hotel. This is an older building with very small rooms and little counter space in the bathrooms. The room was clean and dated. Elevators are funky and tend to go to the floors they choose. I mentioned this to the staff as a tan member and I were delivered to the wrong floor and had to try again.

Summary: Very cozy hotel in the heart of Chicago. My room on the 8th floor was just big enough for one or two people, but the view from the floor to ceiling windows was worth the size! The complimentary purified water dispenser and reusable bottles in the hall paired perfectly with the Nespresso coffee machine in the room. Bathroom was clean, bed was super confortable, and location is close to mass transit from airport and walkable to everything else. I wikl definitely stay here again!

Summary: The hotel was immaculate. The staff was professional and courteous. We enjoyed the location centrally located and convenient to Union Station and the lakefront shops and Chicago Fine Arts museum.

Summary: The room was small but very well designed, making best use of the space. It was very clean and comfortable. I liked having a Nespresso machine. I will definitely stay here again.

Summary: This hotel was centrally located in the loop with easy access to many bus routes and the L train system. The convenience of several restaurants within a couple of blocks was also a plus. Our room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were helpful when needed. All in all, a very good value.

Summary: The hotel is nice and the room was large and comfortable. However, the place is old (carpet on the floor, etc.). Also, they were not able to provide real plates and cutlery (only disposable ones).

Summary: Great location and smooth check-in.The pillows were nice and fluffy, which was a plus.But, the room was dusty, sheets had stains, and housekeeping only came on my third night after I called twice. Overall, Front desk was great, but cleanliness needs improvement.
